For 50 years, Young Audiences of Eastern Pennsylvania has been dedicated to teaching young people in and through the arts. By partnering with schools to bring professional artists into the classroom, Young Audiences remains committed to providing access for all students to educational programs of the highest quality. With the ongoing support of teachers, school administrators, parents and funders, all of us at Young Audiences look forward to celebrating our 50th year of service to the community.
The mission of Young Audiences of Eastern Pennsylvania is to enhance the educational experience of young people by presenting arts programs in schools and community venues, fostering a lifelong participation in the arts and an appreciation for the region's diverse cultural community. Each year, Young Audiences presents multicultural arts residencies, workshops and performances to over 110,000 children and 3,000 families in 8 counties in southeastern Pennsylvania.
